Ganz Creative Homes specialize in redesigning homes to create an open concept floor plan while taking advantage of the beautiful views of the desert.  Our mission is to design a home with attention to detail and quality while incorporating clean lines.

 

Neil and Frances Ganz opened Ganz Creative Homes in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2019.

 

Neil has been managing construction projects since 2008 focusing on the quality of construction and time management.  He is an Arizona licensed real estate agent with Ventana Realty.

 

Frances has been an Interior Designer for over 20 years and specializes in creating a neutral color palette that is peaceful, easy to decorate, and live in with many functional and interesting features.
